If I’m guilty of something, it’s being a fan of the Lazy Susan. For instance, if we go out to eat and there’s a Lazy Susan, I’m probably going to say something about it. They’re cool in my book, a wonderful blend of form and function. The Lazy Susan works hard to create a sense of bounty that simultaneously isn’t cumbersome. Sure, you can load a Lazy Susan to the brink, but it’ll always be easier and more enjoyable than passing a dish across the table. And how good does it feel to spin that glass around? I’ll tell you: pretty damn good. So with that I ask what other service vessel is so perfectly versatile? Your honor, I rest my case.

I would go so far as to say I *love* lazy susans, actually.
